Shipping policy
You will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you with a tracking number. Please have your order confirmation email with you for proof of purchase as you will be required to sign for your item when it arrives to you.
Please keep in mind that delays caused by postal services are external to Today Tomorrow Always and therefore are outside of our control.
Domestic & International Shipping Rates
Our simple flat rate shipping: We offer $20 flat rate shipping to locations within Australia, and a $35 flat rate shipping fee for all International orders.
Please note that International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Today Tomorrow Always is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@todaytomorrowalways.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
My item was damaged on the way to me, what can I do?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@todaytomorrowalways.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
