How It Works: From Your Precious Memories to Your Finished Keepsake

Creating your handcrafted keepsake is a journey we take together with care, privacy, and attention to every detail. Here's what to expect when you order from Today Tomorrow & Always.

Step 1: Choose Your Keepsake

Browse our collections and select the perfect piece to preserve your precious inclusion—whether it's breastmilk, ashes, hair, flowers, fabric, or embryos. Each keepsake is available in sterling silver 925, gold, or stainless steel with IP plating.

Step 2: Complete Your Order

Add your chosen keepsake to your cart and complete checkout. We accept credit cards, Afterpay (up to $4000), PayPal, and bank deposit. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive detailed instructions for the next steps.

Step 3: Fill Out Your Client Intake Questionnaire

You'll receive a link to our client intake questionnaire where you'll provide important details about your keepsake preferences and inclusion specifications. This ensures we create exactly what you envision.

Step 4: Send Us Your Precious Inclusions

Carefully package and send your inclusions to our Australian studio. We'll provide detailed guidelines:

• Breastmilk: 10-30ml required
• Ashes: 1 teaspoon required
• Hair: 3-5cm length required
• Flowers: Small petals or pressed flowers
• Fabric: Small piece of meaningful textile
• Embryos: The straw/s containing your embryos from your clinic

Step 5: We Handcraft Your Keepsake

Once we receive your inclusions, our skilled artisans begin handcrafting your piece in our Australian studio. Every keepsake is made with meticulous attention to detail, privacy-conscious handling, and the utmost care for your precious materials.

Timeline: Your keepsake will be ready in 6-8 weeks under normal circumstances, or 8-10 weeks during peak seasons (typically around Mother's Day, Christmas, and other major holidays).

Step 6: Your Keepsake Arrives

Your finished keepsake will be carefully packaged and shipped to you, ready to wear or display. Each piece comes beautifully presented and ready to treasure for years to come.

Important Policies

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. After 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies if crafting has not yet begun. Once crafting has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our keepsakes, we do not offer refunds or returns. Each piece is custom-made specifically for you with your unique inclusions.

Privacy & Care

We treat your inclusions with the highest level of care, respect, and privacy. Your materials are handled sensitively throughout the entire process, and any unused portions are returned to you or disposed of according to your preferences.
